In Warframe, you need to go to the Orbiter's Personal Quarters and use the Somachord. Select 'Customize Tenno' and you'll see the option to change Lotus's appearance there.

You can change the Lotus's appearance by going to your Tenno customization options in the Operator menu. Just head over to your Personal Quarters, access the Somachord, and look for the 'Customize Tenno' option. You'll find the Lotus customization there!
