You can't really change monitors through PUBG Mobile because it's a mobile game, but if you're talking about PUBG on PC, just switch your primary display settings in Windows!

In PUBG on PC, switch your primary monitor in your system settings, then restart the game. Easy peasy.

You can change the primary monitor in your display settings on Windows (right-click desktop > Display settings). After that, restart PUBG so it recognizes the new primary display.
