Just enter the song ID in the level editor. Easy peasy.
I've swapped tunes in my levels before, and sometimes the hardest part is choosing the song, lol. You literally just go to the 'edit special' section after hitting the edit object button in the level editor, then find where it says 'select song'. Pop in the song ID (make sure it's a track Geometry Dash approves) and bam, you got yourself a new beat to play to.
Honestly, the default tracks are bangers. Why change 'em?
