On your Facebook app, tap your profile picture, then tap the camera icon. From there, you can upload a new photo or select one you already have. Voila!
Just do it from your profile page. Seriously, it takes like two clicks. Update it by clicking the existing pic and choosing a new one.
I changed mine last week! Just hover over your profile picture, click 'Update Profile Picture,' and follow the options to upload a new one or pick from your existing photos.
