Unfortunately, Warframe doesn鈥檛 let you directly change your operator's gender. You鈥檒l have to adjust appearance settings like face shape and hair to get closer to what you鈥檙e aiming for.
Changing operator gender ain't an option in Warframe. Customize the appearance for the look you want instead.
