To change your Operator's voice in Warframe, head to the Orbiter, access the Operator customization menu, and select the 'Voice' option under the Appearance tab. Happy experimenting with voices!

So I tinkered around, and you can totally change the Operator鈥檚 voice from the customization menu in the Orbiter. Just find the 'Voice' option under Appearance and you're good to go!
