You can't. Just kidding, you totally can! Aim and then hit the aim button once more. Simple, right?
It's pretty straightforward—while aiming, just press the aim button again (right mouse button on PC, left trigger on consoles). Boom, perspective switched!
From my experience, it's super useful in tight spots. Just toggle the aim button while aiming, and you're good to go!
