From my experience, if you're in the main menu, just tap your character's picture and choose 'Edit.' Then you can pick a new one.

You can't change your profile pic in Trivia Crack 2. It's based on your in-game achievements.

Click on your avatar in the top left corner, go to 'Edit profile,' and select the new picture you want. Voila, new look!
