Easy peasy! Just go to the game's lobby, tap on the 'Inventory' button, then select 'Backgrounds'. Choose the one you like and hit 'Apply'.

Through personal experience, I found it's best to access the 'Settings', then head to 'Personalization' and change your theme from there. Makes your game look snazzy!
