Make sure you have a 'Rename Card' first. You can get this from the in-game shop or sometimes through events. Go to your Inventory, find the card, and follow the prompts to change your name. Voila!

From personal experience, make sure you pick a name you really like. Each Rename Card costs 180 G-Coins, so you don't want to waste them!
