Super easy! Just open your inventory during a match, tap on the weapon you want to customize, and select the skin from the list. You'll be good to go!
Honestly, just do it in the main menu before entering a match. In-game changes are too risky.
From experience, it's best to use the main menu lobby to equip your weapon skins. Trying to do it mid-game might get you shot!
