To change your region on PUBG PS4, go to the Settings menu, select 'System,' then 'Language and Location,' and finally choose your new region. Enjoy your new battlegrounds!

You actually can't change regions directly in PUBG on PS4. Instead, you must change your PSN account's region through Sony's account settings. This can affect other games and subscriptions.

From personal experience, it's best to just create a new PSN account with the desired region settings. Takes a bit of effort but gets the job done!
