Just head to the Options menu while you're in-game, go to Display, and adjust the Resolution setting to whatever you need!

Easy peasy! Go to Options > Display, and you'll see a Resolution dropdown menu. Pick your poison and save changes!

Open Warframe, go to Options, select Display, and you can change the resolution there. Simple as that!
