Unfortunately, Undertale doesn鈥檛 offer in-game resolution settings. So, you gotta tweak your desktop settings or try running it in windowed mode and resizing the window.
From personal experience, I found tweaking my monitor鈥檚 settings to work best! Just set a resolution that suits your fancy before diving into the Underground.
You can't change the resolution in-game. Stick with fullscreen or try adjusting your PC settings instead.
