If the screen doesn't fit, try adjusting the 'Safe Zone' in Fortnite's game settings. Go to 'Settings' > 'Video' tab > 'Safe Zone'. Adjust until it looks perfect!

Honestly, I found it easier to just change the resolution in the Xbox settings. Go to 'Settings' > 'Display & sound' > 'Video output'. Select your resolution there and it should help.
