Had the same issue! You just open the game, head to settings, and under 'Basic', you'll see the server option. Pick your new region and you're good to go!

Just open PUBG Mobile, go to settings, and find the 'Basic' tab. There's a 'Server' option where you can switch regions. Easy peasy!

From my experience, to change servers: open up the game, hit settings, then 'Basic', and find the server option. Select your region and save. Done this a bunch of times!
