Go to your Orbiter, navigate to Equipment, then Orbiter, and finally Customize Interior. From there, pick Landing Craft and select your skin.

Easy peasy! Head to your Orbiter, open the menu, and go to Equipment > Orbiter > Customize Interior. Select 'Landing Craft' to swap ship skins.

Tip from a veteran: Customize your ship by entering the Orbiter, selecting Equipment, then Orbiter, and finally Customize Interior. Look for Landing Craft options!
