Go into the character menu, select the survivor, and choose the skill you want to replace. Then use a textbook to teach them a new skill!

Easy peasy! Go to your character's details, click on the skill you wanna change, and use a skill book. Bam, new skill!

Just grab a skill textbook from your inventory, head over to the survivor's stats page, and swap that old skill out. Done and done!

Honestly, you can't change a skill once it's locked in—unless you wanna use a recruit and start over. *shrug*
