To change your Specter loadout, go to your Arsenal, then click on the 'Gear' tab. From there, you can select your Specter and change its gear and weapons!

You don't really need to worry about it. The default Specter loadout works just fine for most missions!

Just head over to your Arsenal, select the 'Gear' option, and then customize your Specter's loadout from there. Easy peasy!

I've had the best luck adjusting my Specter's setup through the Gear tab in the Arsenal. Tweak those loadouts to fit your mission needs!
