You might need to change your default audio device in your OS settings. Windows users can do this by right-clicking the speaker icon in the taskbar.

Go to the in-game settings > Audio and select your preferred output device from the drop-down menu. Easy peasy!

I had this issue too. Try going into Steam settings > In-Game Voice and make sure the correct device is selected there.
