Just go to the Franchise menu, select 'User Settings,' then 'User Management', and 'User Profile'. From there, choose 'Change Team'. Easy peasy!

I've done this! Head to 'User Settings' in the Franchise menu, then 'User Management', and finally, 'Change Team'. It's pretty straightforward. Good luck!

You can switch teams during the off-season or by creating a new user profile under the Franchise settings. Keep in mind that doing it mid-season might mess with your stats!
