To change your Tenno, you need to swap your Operator through the customization menu accessible in your Orbiter. Just hit ESC, go to Equipment, then select Operator. Tada!

You can't really change your Tenno like you change Warframes. Instead, you customize your Operator鈥檚 appearance and abilities in the Operator section of your Orbiter鈥檚 menu.
