It's not possible to change the practice song directly in Geometry Dash, unfortunately. The game uses the default songs provided for each level, including in practice mode. However, if you're on PC, some players customize their experience by manually replacing game files with their preferred tracks. This isn't officially supported, though, so proceed with caution and at your own risk!
Just play with the volume off and blast your own playlist. Problem solved!
