Unfortunately, Discord doesn't let you change the TTS voice directly. It's based on your device's default voice settings. Change those, and you'll hear a new voice!

TTS voice change? Not on Discord itself. You need to tweak your system's voice settings. Check out your OS's accessibility settings for that.
