Hop into the game, head to the main menu, then click on 'Options'. Under the 'Language' tab, select your desired language from the dropdown menu. Saves automatically!

I've done this before. You just need to go to the main menu, hit 'Options', and then find the 'Language' settings. Choose your language and you're set!
