You can change your Warframe server by going to the Options menu, selecting the Gameplay tab, and then choosing a different server region. Easy peasy!

Go to Options -> Gameplay -> Server Region. Choose your new region, restart the game, and boom, new server!

In the Options menu, under Gameplay, just switch the server region. I've done it a bunch of times and it's quick!

Head to Options, click on Gameplay, and you'll see a Server Region dropdown. Pick your desired region, apply, and you're good to go.
