To change weapon presets in Fortnite, go to your locker, select the preset you want to edit, then swap out the weapons and items in your loadout section. Make sure to save the changes!

I've done this a ton! Go to the lobby screen, click on the locker, then select the preset tab. You can change out any weapons or items there, save it, and you're good to go!
