Super simple! Go to your Xbox 360 dashboard, scroll to 'Settings', then 'Profile'. Select 'Edit Profile', then 'Gamer Picture'. Choose from the default options or download more from the Xbox Live Marketplace!

Go to your profile on the Xbox 360 dashboard, edit profile, and select 'Change Gamerpic'. Pick one you like from the available options.

It's easy: Settings > Profile > Edit Profile > Gamer Picture. Then pick from the defaults or download extra ones.

Just plug in a USB drive with your desired image and change it just like any other gamer picture. Simple and quick!
