You can change your snake's appearance (face included) by selecting a different skin. Just open the game, click the 'Change Skin' button, and swipe through the options.

I鈥檝e changed my snake鈥檚 skin a ton of times. Just head to the main screen, click 'Change Skin', and choose from the variety of available skins. No face-lift needed!

You can't change just the face, you change the whole skin design. Tap 'Change Skin' and select a new one from there.
