Easy peasy! Just log into your Riot account on their website, head to account settings, and there you'll find the option to change your Riot ID, which includes your hashtag. Remember, you can do this for free every 30 days, so choose wisely!

I changed mine just last week! Went to Riot's site, hit up the settings, and bam, new hashtag. Make sure your new one isn't taken, or you'll have to get creative.
