Height adjustment isn't a feature in Muscle Legends. Focus on training and your stats鈥攜ou'll get bigger as you get stronger!
You can't change your height directly in Muscle Legends, but as you gain more Strength, your character will grow taller naturally. Keep pumping that iron!
