Super easy! Just go to Settings > Scope > Red Dot Sight, and you can pick your favorite reticle and color there.

In the settings menu, under the Scope tab, you'll see options for customizing your Red Dot reticle. Mess around with colors and shapes until you find one you like!

From personal experience, changing the reticle makes a big difference. Go to Settings, find the Scope section, and try out the different options!
