To change your team in NBA 2K Mobile, go to the 'Team' tab, tap on 'Edit Lineup,' then select the players you want to swap out. It's that easy!

Just go to the 'Roster' section, pick 'Edit Lineup,' and start swapping players. Been doing it forever, works like a charm.
