Easy fix: swap out the dead battery for a fresh one. Check your inventory, it's that simple.
I always keep a couple of spare batteries in my inventory. Just select the Seaglide, hit 'R2' to change the battery, and you're good to go!
Take out the empty battery and switch it with a full one in your inventory. Back to zipping around in no time!
Just craft an extra battery from acid mushrooms and copper ore, and swap it with the dead one.
