You can check your aura level by talking to the Expert Swordsman NPC located near any sword dealer! They’ll show you your current level and progress.

Just head over to the ability teacher at any of the training areas on the map. They can display your aura level for you.

Click on the 'stats' menu while in-game and you'll see your aura level right there. Easy peasy!

You can't check your aura level directly in-game. Gotta keep track of it yourself, unfortunately.
