PSA: Checking in-game is more accurate than the launcher. Trust me, the launcher can sometimes miss a few hours here and there.

Easiest way: go to your profile in-game and it’ll show your total hours played. Just open the menu, select 'Profile,' then 'Equipment,' and BAM, you'll see your total playtime.
