Easy peasy! Just go to your in-game menu, click on the 'Market' tab, and then check out the 'Platinum' section. Your tradeable Platinum will be listed there.

You can also hit 'Esc,' go to 'Profile' > 'Equipment,' and see your tradeable Plat listed at the top of that screen. It's that simple!
