You can't check your Xbox password directly, but you can reset it! Just go to https://account.microsoft.com/security and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Unfortunately, there's no way to view your current Xbox password. Your best bet is to reset it at Microsoft's account recovery page. #SafetyFirst

I lost mine once too! Just go to the Microsoft account recovery page and reset it. Super easy and you'll be back gaming in no time.
