Open Team Fortress 2, go to Options -> Voice tab, and select the input device you want. Simple as that!

You can't change the audio input directly within TF2 if your system doesn't recognize the device. Always configure your mic in your system settings first!

Make sure your mic is set up correctly in your system settings first, then in TF2, navigate to Options > Voice and pick your mic there.
