Just launch the game, look at the top-right of the screen, click the server name, and choose the region you prefer.

In PUBG PC, you can choose a server from the title screen. Just click the server name at the top-right and select your region!

You can't manually choose the server anymore, the game auto-selects the best server based on your location.
