First, find the unsanitary area in your base. Then, go to the menu, choose the Base tab, and select the room you want to clean. Confirm the action, and your survivors will take care of it!

For the messier rooms, use Influence to expedite the cleaning process. Just head to the Base tab, select the room, and spend some Influence to get it done quickly.
