Clearing the cache on your Xbox One S is super easy! Just hold down the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off. Then unplug the power cord for another 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning the console on.

If you want to clear the cache, turn off your Xbox One S completely. Once it's off, unplug it from the wall. Wait at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in and powering it up again.
