Make sure your opponent is stunned or down, then press the climb button near the cage and keep pressing it to escape. Easy peasy!

From my experience, just make sure your opponent is stunned or at least distracted, then head to the wall and climb like your life depends on it!

Step 1: Get your opponent down for a bit. Step 2: Approach the cage wall and press the designated climb button. Mash those buttons to the top and voila, victory!
