First, start in Japan and choose a male character. Practice Martial Arts and join the Martial Arts club to get on the right path!

Just be born in Japan, max out your crime skills, and apply for the Assassin job. Easy peasy!

I did it by focusing on martial arts in school and then heading straight into the life of crime. Got the Assassin career after a few attempts.
