Uninstall Warframe by going to your Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> find Warframe in the list and click Uninstall. After that, delete any leftover files in the installation directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warframe if you use Steam).

On Steam? Just right-click Warframe in your Library, select Manage -> Uninstall. Easy peasy.
