I'm afraid you can't directly connect AirPods to an Xbox 360, but you can use a workaround! Plug the AirPods into the TV or monitor you're using for sound.

Had the same issue! I used a Bluetooth transmitter plugged into the controller's headphone jack. Worked like a charm!

Straight up: AirPods don't work with Xbox 360. You'll need a third-party Bluetooth adapter or just use different wired headphones.
