Unfortunately, you can't directly connect Bluetooth headphones to an Xbox Series S. Instead, use the Xbox Wireless Headset or connect via your TV's Bluetooth if it supports audio out.

Get an adapter! Plug a Bluetooth transmitter into your controller's 3.5mm jack or the console's USB port. Works like a charm.
