Unfortunately, you can't directly connect Beats wireless to Xbox One via Bluetooth since the console doesn't support third-party Bluetooth audio devices. You can use a stereo headset adapter plugged into the Xbox controller or a third-party Bluetooth transmitter connected to the console's audio jack.
