Honestly, Xbox needs to add native Bluetooth support. Until then, Bluetooth transmitters are your best bet.

Sadly, the Xbox Series X doesn't natively support Bluetooth audio. You can, however, get around this by using a Bluetooth transmitter that connects to the controller's 3.5mm jack or the console's USB port. It's a bit of a workaround, but it does the trick!
