Short answer: Xbox Series X doesn't do Bluetooth. Workaround: use your chair's aux cable or an HDMI adapter!

I had a similar issue. Ended up using an HDMI audio adapter between the console and TV, then ran an aux cable to the chair. Worked great!

Just use the headphone jack on your controller and connect it to your chair using an aux cable!

Xbox Series X doesn’t support direct Bluetooth connections. You can plug your chair’s audio cable into your controller or use an HDMI audio extractor.
